ABOUT US
Fins Magazine was started in 2019 by Patricia Pastrano, sharing the world of mermaids from an enthusiast and photographer perspective, with some mermaid content thrown in. With the addition of Jeff Weiner from JW Creative Art in 2020, Fins is growing and changing.
It is no longer just a platform for mermaids to be featured. Instead, it is now a place to learn, gather and spread awareness for relevant social issues. It is time for mermaid-related businesses and mermaids to grow, and celebrate this amazing and positive community making big changes in our world.
Fins has added topics on safety, conservation, education, photography, inspirational stories, and community. We are starting an education program with the CILC with an international team of education reporters.
In addition to the magazine, we are launching an online mermaid market place, education program, events and Fins Professional Mermaid Equipment.
We are excitedly working on more projects and content on the world of mermaids. So stay tuned to see what is swimming in next.
